DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE (ODM)
In 1997, the R&D activities was initiated for the design of USB 1.0
peripherals and riding on the PC boom, we commercialized these
products successfully. Afterwards, we started to successfully
develop MP3 modules and RF wireless audio modules which were both
launched in 2001 and 2004 respectively. Our dedicated effort to do
ODM business paid off and created good revenue stream for us but we
realize that we need to diversify from Consumer Electronics and in
2007 – 2009 we implemented R&D in automotive, industrial and
surveillance image sensor modules (Optical) for ODM customers.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SERVICES
In a nutshell, we are purchasing and kiting materials based on
approved Bill of materials for OEM customers especially like Glory
MHM, Daiei, Hagiwara and etc. To rationalize our business competency
in providing ODM services, the supply chain management capability is
an essential part of our total business strategy as well as a cash
cow for us.
Our rich and in-depth experience in materials management and
logistics is the major X factor in our successful launches of
several products in the past.
The company’s business is structured into three product segments:-
1) Consumer Electronics – Wireless Audio and Video Products
2) Industrial Electronics – IT, games machines, Industrial equipment
3) Automotive sensory components and sub-systems
Our in-house operational activities are focus in essential roles
such as Design, Materials, Finance, Sales and Marketing whereas
manufacturing is out-sourced to our partners which also include
professional consultancy services, tooling, IP licensing and etc.
